Q: How do I get my product after purchase?
A: Immediately after checkout, Gumroad emails you a download link. You can also access your files from your Gumroad library.
Q: Do I need an account to buy?
A: No. You check out via Gumroad as a guest. But creating a free Gumroad account lets you access all purchases in one place.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other methods supported by Gumroad.
Storybook Questions
Q: What formats are the storybooks?
A: PDF (for computers/printing) and EPUB (for e-readers like Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books).
Q: Can I print the storybooks?
A: Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your personal or classroom use.
Q: Can I share a storybook with my child’s class?
A: One license covers one family or one classroom. For multiple classrooms or school-wide use, email us for a bulk discount.
HTML Script Questions
Q: Do I need coding knowledge to use your scripts?
A: Basic knowledge helps. You should know how to copy/paste HTML into a file or a page builder’s custom HTML block.
Q: Can I use a script on multiple websites?
A: Yes. One purchase = unlimited personal or commercial projects.
Q: Will the script work on any website builder (WordPress, Wix, Webflow)?
A: Most will. But we specifically test for plain HTML environments. For WordPress, paste scripts into a “Custom HTML” block.
Q: What if the script is broken?
A: Email us within 7 days. We will fix it or refund you. See Terms of Service for details.
Refund Questions
Q: Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?
A: No. Digital products cannot be returned. Please read product descriptions carefully before buying.
Q: Can I get a refund for an HTML script that doesn’t work?
A: Only if we cannot fix it after you email us within 7 days of purchase.
Technical Questions
Q: I didn’t receive my download email. What do I do?
A: Check your spam/junk folder. Still missing? Email us with your Gumroad receipt and we will resend the link.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes. Gumroad handles all payments and never shares your full card details with us.
