1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from JonAr Global, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Digital Products We Sell
JonAr Global sells the following digital products only (no physical items):
- Storybooks (PDF, EPUB formats)
- HTML/CSS/JS scripts (source code files)
- Other digital assets (templates, worksheets, etc.)
All products are delivered instantly after purchase via Gumroad (email download link or Gumroad library).
3. Refund and Exchange Policy
Because we sell digital products that cannot be returned, our refund policy is limited:

- For HTML scripts: “I could not integrate it” (basic coding knowledge is required)
To request a refund (for broken HTML scripts only):
Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will attempt to fix it. If we cannot, we will refund.

4. HTML Scripts – Important Notes
HTML scripts are provided “as is” for users with basic web knowledge.
What you get:
- Clean, readable HTML/CSS/JS code
- Instructions on how to use the script (basic)
- One minor update if we release a fix
What you do NOT get:
- Custom modifications or integration help
- Hosting or server support
- Guarantee that the script works with every possible website builder or CMS
You may:
- ✅ Use the script on unlimited personal or commercial projects
- ✅ Modify the code for your own use
You may NOT:
- ❌ Resell or redistribute the script as-is (even modified)
- ❌ Share the download link with non-paying users
5. Storybooks – Important Notes
You may:
- ✅ Download and print copies for personal or classroom use (one license = one family/classroom)
- ✅ Store on up to 3 personal devices
You may NOT:
- ❌ Share the PDF/EPUB file with non-paying individuals
- ❌ Upload to public file-sharing sites (Google Drive links, Dropbox public folders, etc.)
- ❌ Resell or distribute the storybook commercially
6. Gumroad Integration
All purchases are processed through Gumroad. By buying from us, you also agree to Gumroad’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Gumroad handles payments, fraud detection, and file delivery
- We receive your name, email, and purchase details from Gumroad
- We do not store your payment information

7. Pricing and Availability
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product
- Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively
8. Account Responsibility
You are not required to create an account on our WordPress site. Your Gumroad purchase email is your identifier.
If we later add site accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
9. Intellectual Property
Our content (site, copy, branding):
All website text, logos, and designs are owned by JonAr Global. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.
Our products:

- HTML scripts: Copyright © JonAr Global. License granted for personal/commercial use (see section 4).
Your content (reviews, comments):
If you leave a review or comment, you grant us permission to display it on our site.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site or products for:
- Any illegal purpose
- Harassing, abusing, or harming others
- Uploading viruses or malicious code
- Scraping our product descriptions or pricing
- Attempting to bypass Gumroad’s payment system
Violation may result in a permanent ban and legal action.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide products “as is” and “as available” without any warranties:
- We do not guarantee that HTML scripts will work with every browser, hosting environment, or third-party plugin
- We do not guarantee that storybooks will be compatible with every e-reader device
- We are not responsible for any damage to your website or computer from using our scripts (though we test everything before release)
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers – your rights may vary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost revenue, lost data, business interruption)
This applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold JonAr Global harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of our products
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will change.
Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tetovo / North Macedonia.
16. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JonAr Global regarding your use of our site and products.
